It was quite an ordeal for Eliza and I to reach our Milwaukee destination. Inclement weather in Chicago delayed our flight 5 hours, which led us to miss our connecting flight to Milwaukee. My dad had been planning on escorting us as far as Chicago because of business meetings, and we were so thankful that he was there! He graciously took a turn playing with the baby and strolling through the terminal so that I could read Breaking Dawn :) We decided to spend the night in Chicago with my dad until the next day, when Taylor braved stop 'n' go city traffic to come rescue us! It was so great to see Taylor! Eliza and I missed him while he was setting up house here in Wisconsin!

i'm the worst friend ever. i never got to see eliza and you already moved!! are you freaking kidding me?! i had no idea you were gone--but i should have, school starts in 2 weeks. argh1
