Taylor's lax work schedule has provided our family many opportunities to explore Milwaukee. Last week we went to Doctor's Beach--our first true experience dipping our toes in Lake Michigan. The water was actually quite decent. It felt like Bear Lake water--chilly, but bearable. Eliza didn't particularly enjoy the water. She was so nervous! It may have been the crashing waves coming at her, or the grainy sand, or the loud water. Who knows. She did, however, love watching the seagulls fly around her. She makes a really cute "agh, agh, agh" sound, reminiscent of a birdie sound.
